Recurring Payment Map

A recurring payment map shows every bill, subscription, wallet, and renewal tied to a payment source. Add each charge, assign an owner and next date, and track its update status before you replace a card. The worksheet stays in this browser tab. It does not save or transmit your entries.

How the totals and flags work

The monthly equivalent converts each entered cadence to one month. The annualized total uses 52 weekly charges, 26 two-week charges, 12 monthly charges, four quarterly charges, two six-month charges, or one annual charge. A row with no amount, no cadence, or an irregular cadence stays out of both totals. Filters apply to the rows and totals together.

Use the flags as a handoff check

  1. Give every charge one owner who will update, cancel, or verify it.
  2. Add the next expected date so soon-due bills stay visible.
  3. Filter by payment source before you replace that card or account.
  4. Print the final map or save it as a PDF before you close the tab.

This worksheet is a planning record. It does not change a payment method or cancel a charge. Read the full recurring payment map guide before you replace or close a card.

Worked example

A $90 quarterly software charge contributes $30 to the monthly equivalent and $360 to the annualized total. If its owner or next charge date is blank, the row also shows a warning. Filter the map to the old card before printing so the handoff includes only charges tied to that payment source.
