Contact and corrections

Email the editors at jimmy@billcleanup.com. We read every message and reply on weekdays.

Found an error?

Tell us the page, the sentence, and where you saw the correct information (a provider page, a statement, a statute). We check it against the primary source. If the guide is wrong, we fix it, update its last-checked date, and say what changed.

Did a provider change its policy?

Fees, cancellation steps and waiver rules change without notice. If a guide no longer matches what a provider does, send the provider’s current page or what their support told you, with the date.

What we cannot help with

We cannot contact a provider for you, look at your account, or give legal or financial advice about your situation. For a billing dispute, start with the provider; for a card charge, your card issuer; for a debt collector or a legal dispute, a consumer attorney or your state attorney general’s consumer office. Please do not email card numbers, account numbers or passwords.
