If your energy supplier changed without permission, treat it as a possible unauthorized switch until you compare the current bill with the last normal bill and the account authorization trail. Look for a new supplier name, supply-rate line, contract or enrollment ID, early-termination fee, or welcome/contract notice you do not recognize.
